Intervention Services - Enquiries Coordinator

About the role

Be the first point of support for older people seeking help with issues such as elder abuse, housing, and wellbeing concerns. Make a real difference every day by connecting vulnerable older people with services, resources, and support that improve their safety, independence, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
  
• Provide information, support, and referrals to services
  
• Assist older people experiencing issues such as elder abuse, isolation, housing concerns, financial hardship, and wellbeing challenges
  
• Triage enquiries and connect clients with appropriate support
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
  
• Work closely with community agencies and the Intervention Services team
  

About you

• Experience in customer service, administration, health, social services, or a community-based role
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  
• The ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
