Brett Johnstone joined the team at ACCM in March 2014 and really enjoys visiting the clients referred to the Handyman Fieldworker service.  He has lots of information with him about services available as well as attending to the odd jobs. Brett’s has been a carpenter and then a building estimator for 20 odd years, and then a personal trainer for a further 20 yrs.  He feels this role with Age Concern brings the skills that he has learnt in these jobs together perfectly. Sports have always been a very important part of Brett’s life, not only as a Personal Trainer but at a national level, (and occasionally national champion) athlete and he sees health and well-being as a critical asset, particularly for those who are older. Though still active as both a carpenter and a personal trainer Brett now has the time to become more involved in the wider community and looks forward to being able to bring enthusiasm, cheerfulness and a wide range of people experience to provide both client and the ACCM team his support.
